The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

- Shipping time: we offer 2 differents shipping method
- Fast Shipping method delivery time takes 3-6 business days (Only USA,the Processing time is not included)
- Standard shipping method delivery time take 7-14 business days (Only USA,the Processing time is not included)
- Different countries use different logistics, the cooperation logistics type has the following：Epacket、USPS、Yun Express、DHL, FedEx, eCommerce…

Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time
- Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.
- For example, if you order an agarwood bracelet, it will require 1-5 business days of processing time, followed by 7-14 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it within 8-19 business days. (U.S. only)
- If you do not receive your package within19 working days, please contact us. We’ll check with shipping agent for you.
Tariffs, Taxes, and Customs Clearance
International orders must comply with the customs regulations of the destination country/region, and may incur tariffs, import value-added tax, excise tax, and customs clearance fees.
All tariffs, taxes, and related customs clearance fees are borne by the recipient (buyer). Our store’s quoted price does not include the above fees.
Customs policies and tax rates are set by the local government. Our store cannot estimate, reduce, or pay them on behalf of the buyer. Buyers can check local customs regulations in advance.
Buyers are required to cooperate with customs clearance and pay fees on time; if the package is returned / destroyed / confiscated due to unpaid taxes, refusal to accept, or incorrect address, the related shipping fees, taxes, fines, and losses shall be borne by the buyer, and our store will not issue a refund.
